Return policy


Delivery:

– Your orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days. (Delivery times may vary for some special products. You can see the delivery times for each product on the product detail pages.)


Returns and Exchanges:

All products sold on our website are made to order and returns are not accepted. This is clearly stated on the product detail pages.

– You can make a one-time size and model change within 7 days from the date you receive the product.

– Your change request will be answered via email. Our head office address will be provided for the change.

– You can deliver your package to the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch using the address information you received via e-mail.

– If you want to send your package with a different cargo company other than Yurtiçi Kargo, all shipping costs are your responsibility.

– Once the products we receive are reviewed for compliance with the exchange conditions and your exchange request is approved, the new product will be sent back to you free of charge.

– Products that do not meet the exchange conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back with a refund.


Exchange Conditions:

– The exchange is a one-time transaction. A second exchange is not possible.

– Products that have been used, lost their originality and do not have any labels on them will not be exchanged.

– Products that are damaged due to use (torn, deformed, broken, etc.) are not accepted for exchange.

– Products that have been tried on while wearing strong-smelling perfumes or deodorant that may leave marks will not be exchanged.

– The package remains the customer's responsibility until it reaches the exchange address. Studio Foxglove assumes no responsibility for packages damaged or lost during shipping. Please ensure your packages are well packaged and shipped with a trackable, insured company.
